About the role
We're hiring a GTM Program Manager to own the operating system that connects the four engine teams and four pods — turning plans into shipped work, on schedule, with clean handoffs and a paper trail leadership can trust.
What you'll do
- Partner with Product Marketing and Digital leads at the intake stage of new initiatives — gather requirements, confirm feasibility, define timelines
- Own the GTM operating cadence: weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, plus regular stand-ups with execution teams — agendas, pre-reads, decisions
- Manage resource allocation across the four pods and four engine teams; resolve routine scheduling and capacity conflicts within a same-day SLA
- Own the roadmap tracker as the single source of truth across planning sheets and Jira; publish a weekly view of what's on track, at risk, or slipped, across every pod
- Run launch readiness and QA reviews — confirm every deliverable meets the Definition of Done before it ships, and collect sign-offs
