What you'll do
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders
- Evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioural competencies
