What you'll do
- Support in end-to-end hiring process by sourcing of profiles through various available channels - Consultants, Job portals, LinkedIn, Referrals, etc
- Screening & shortlisting of profiles and initial round of interview and offer release in coordination with Corporate HR
- Effective onboarding & induction process including documentation as per the standard process
- Assist the Corporate L&D / Sales Trainers in rolling-out of programs at Regional level
- Hands on experience to design, develop and implement a business focused performance management system
