We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team in the consumer products division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our business needs.
What you'll do
- Identify and attract talent through job portals, consultants, and field manager networks
- Manage and support business partnering initiaves region wise
- Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and in alignment with business needs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective Business Units (BU)
- Facilitate smooth interview processes and negotiate salaries to remain competitive as per industry standards
