About the role
We are looking for a proactive Regional HR Associate to anchor daily HR operations and talent acquisition across our regional locations. In this role, you will act as the primary on-the-ground HR point of contact, driving end-to-end regional recruitment, managing the local employee lifecycle, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
What you'll do

- Onboarding Delivery: Facilitate seamless day-one onboarding and orientation for all new hires within the region, ensuring IT, documentation, and desk readiness
- 馃 3. Regional Stakeholder Management
- Reporting: Compile and share weekly regional HR trackers, including recruitment status reports and local attrition updates
