About the role
We are seeking an Offshore Production Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to provide application and production support in a healthcare domain environment. The role involves troubleshooting, monitoring, and ensuring smooth functioning of systems, with a focus on Facets modules and EDI file handling.
What you'll do
- Provide production/application support for healthcare systems
- Troubleshoot .NET applications, SQL Server queries, and monitor Windows jobs
- Support and work on Facets modules such as Claims, Enrollment, or Provider
- Manage and monitor batch jobs , triage production issues, and resolve tickets at L1/L2 support levels
- Handle EDI files (834/837) in compliance with HIPAA rules and healthcare domain logic
