About the role
We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Assistant Revenue Manager to support our revenue strategy, optimize room revenue, and enhance the hotel’s overall financial performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Revenue Manager, Sales, and Reservations teams to analyze market trends, manage room inventory, and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
What you'll do
- Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and booking pace to identify revenue opportunities
- Analyze historical data, current business trends, and future demand to support accurate forecasting and budgeting
- Manage room rates, inventory, restrictions, and distribution channels in line with the hotel’s revenue strategy
- Monitor key performance indicators, including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and market share
