About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager/Regional Service Manager, you will maximize AMC conversions, battery replacements, UPS exchange programs and other value‑added services through strong customer relationships, proactive engagement, and close coordination with service and sales teams to achieve and exceed business targets.
What you'll do
- Maximize AMC conversions, battery replacements, UPS exchange programs and other value‑added services through strong customer relationships, proactive engagement
- Achieve AMC conversion and renewal targets, identifying expiring contracts and presenting value propositions
- Generate battery replacement sales by conducting health assessments and promoting genuine Numeric battery solutions
- Identify and drive UPS exchange opportunities, coordinating upgrades and replacements with customers
- Develop and capture other revenue streams such as spare sales, site audits, preventive maintenance, and value‑added services
