About the role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Admission Counsellor - Kannada to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners and their parents, understanding their career aspirations, counselling them on suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
What you'll do
- Connect with prospective learners and parents through calls, video calls, and in-person interactions
- Understand the learner's career goals, educational background, and requirements
- Handle inbound leads and conduct regular follow-ups to move prospects through the admission funnel
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners and parents
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
