The role involves introducing Masai’s programs, understanding corporate training requirements, building business relationships, and generating qualified B2B leads.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to potential companies and HR professionals from the provided database
- Connect with HR managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and other relevant decision-makers
- Meet daily outreach targets and monthly qualified-lead goals
- Understand company requirements and identify potential business opportunities
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication
