What you'll do
- Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Manage sales performance across restaurant outlets, QSR branches, and food retail locations
- Monitor daily sales, average billing value, customer footfall, and outlet performance
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, upselling, cross-selling, and local marketing
- Lead, motivate, and train outlet managers and sales teams to achieve business targets
