About the role
Supports project billing, documentation, and cost control to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing for industrial projects.
What you'll do
- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and verify measurements/BOQ
- Coordinate with site, client, and commercial teams for bill approval
- Maintain documentation: measurements, work orders, variations, and subcontractor bills
- Track costs vs. budget; support MIS and project progress reporting
- Ensure billing compliance with contracts, drawings, and GST norms
