About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QS & Billing Engineer to manage quantity surveying, project billing, cost control, contract administration, and commercial operations for large construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in BOQ management, client and subcontractor billing, cost monitoring, variation management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure commercial success and timely project delivery.
What you'll do
- Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
- Lead quantity take-offs and quantity reconciliation based on approved drawings and project specifications
- Review BOQs and monitor quantity variances throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and validate rate analyses for variations, extra items, and change orders
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost-planning activities
