About the role
We are looking for an experienced QS & Billing Engineer with 8 years of experience in construction projects to manage quantity surveying, client billing, subcontractor billing, cost monitoring, and commercial documentation. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate quantity measurements, timely billing, cost control, contract compliance, and effective coordination with project stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Prepare quantity take-offs from approved drawings and specifications
- Verify executed quantities and maintain measurement sheets
- Monitor quantity variations and support quantity reconciliation activities
- Prepare rate analysis for extra items, deviations, and change orders
- Review BOQs and identify quantity discrepancies during execution
