About the role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager - QS & Billing with 10+ years of experience to lead quantity surveying, billing, cost management, contract administration, and commercial operations for large-scale construction projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate project costing, timely revenue realization, subcontractor management, commercial risk mitigation, and overall financial performance of projects.
What you'll do
- Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
- Lead quantity take-offs, quantity reconciliation, and BOQ management activities
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify commercial implications
- Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cost-to-completion reports
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs
