About the role
To support the set-up and delivery of retail projects and programmes from initial feasibility stage through to design, procurement, construction, and successful handover. You will be a project manager representing the end user client, taking the proactive actions in managing and coordinating all stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and communicate, the General contractor, the vendors, the consultants and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Assist in monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, Div 1 specs and guidelines, as well as applicable laws and regulations
- Identify, mitigate and escalate any risks, issues or changes that may affect the project objectives or performance
- Monitor and report on the project progress, status, costs, deliverables and KPIs, using appropriate tools and methods
- Assist in managing the project documentation, records, contracts, invoices and payments
