About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager - Civil to lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, execution, resource management, quality control, budget adherence, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost budgets
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents
