About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning & QS Engineer with 10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, quantity surveying, contract administration, and project monitoring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, tracking project progress, managing project costs, preparing BOQs, evaluating contractor claims, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timeline objectives.
What you'll do
- Planning & Project Controls
- Develop and maintain project baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
- Prepare detailed project plans, resource loading, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations
- Conduct schedule analysis and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays
