About the role
We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Specialist to manage and convert prospective customers across international markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru , with a 6-day working structure . The role involves engaging with international parents and guardians, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable educational programs, and guiding prospects through the complete enrollment journey.
What you'll do
- Engage with prospective international customers through inbound and outbound calls , emails, and other communication channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant educational programs based on their needs
- Present course offerings, program benefits, learning outcomes, and enrollment processes clearly and confidently
- Conduct regular follow-ups with international leads and manage prospects throughout the sales funnel
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, counseling sessions, and sales consultations
