About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Modern Trade professional with 5–19 years of experience to manage and grow business across modern retail channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern trade sales, key account management, retail operations, trade marketing, and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute Modern Trade sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives and revenue targets
- Manage relationships with key modern trade accounts and retail chains, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent business growth
- Drive sales, distribution, product availability, and visibility across assigned modern trade outlets
- Develop annual and periodic business plans for key accounts, including sales targets, assortment, promotions, and visibility initiatives
- Negotiate commercial terms, margins, promotional investments, listings, and business agreements with modern trade partners
