About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth for an education loan portfolio across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education loan sales, team leadership, market development, and financial services distribution.
What you'll do
- Drive education loan sales, customer acquisition, and disbursement targets across the assigned territory
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market reach and increase portfolio growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve individual and regional business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, universities, student counsellors, and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities, referral networks, and distribution channels to generate qualified leads
