What you'll do

• Design and deliver compelling training programs—from facilitator‑led sessions to self‑paced modules—that transform complex source‑to‑pay processes into intuitive
• Use a mix of formats to cater to different learning styles: instructor‑led programs, experiential self‑learning modules
• Follow the guidance of the Global Training Manager to manage and update training content, ensuring it reflects the latest processes and tool configurations
• Work closely with in‑country Change Champions to test new training materials ahead of pilots and global rollouts
