About the role

To manage and grow the accessories business through effective distributor engagement, ensuring achievement of sales targets, process compliance, and capability building across the assigned zone. Sales Target Achievement:Drive and achieve accessories sales targets for all distributors within the assigned zone.

What you'll do

Manage and grow the accessories business through effective distributor engagement, ensuring achievement of sales targets, process compliance
Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs
Provide guidance on inventory planning, pricing strategies, and ROI improvement
Process Implementation: Ensure adherence to company systems and processes across the distribution channel
Conduct regular audits and compliance checks
