What you'll do

• Assist the reporting manager in business development activities, including research, lead generation, and client outreach
• Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and financial analysis for clients
• Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends, rental values, vacancy levels, and upcoming supply
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients to schedule property inspections and meetings
