Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with prior advertising agency experience to manage client relationships, drive project delivery, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and a hands-on approach to ensuring seamless execution.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end client relationships
• Coordinate with Strategy, Production, Post-Production, and Project Management teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Manage project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve execution challenges
• Drive revenue growth through regular client follow-ups, lead conversions, and upselling opportunities
• Manage operational activities, including invoice follow-ups, documentation, and internal coordination
