The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for Nabors within the oil and gas industry. The role focuses on market analysis, strategic account management, tendering, commercial negotiations, and securing new contracts for drilling services, rig operations, and related oilfield solutions.

What you'll do

• Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding customer relationships
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry, including drilling services, rig contracts, and related oilfield solutions
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and regional growth plans
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including oil and gas operators, drilling contractors, and industry stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, customer requirements, and potential risks
