What you'll do
- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area
- Achieving & exceeding Business goals
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development
- Meeting up with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL
- Negotiation with the builders for getting business in a cost effective manner
