About the role

The SRE L2 Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of Java-based enterprise applications running on WebSphere/JBoss and Oracle databases. The role focuses on L2 production support, advanced troubleshooting, and proactive reliability engineering, ensuring adherence to SLOs, operational KPIs, and user experience standards.
