About the role

The SCCM Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining and managing client systems within the organization. This position is responsible for independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

What you'll do

• Provide Technical Support For Sccm/Sms By Resolving Escalated Tickets And Conducting Root Cause Analysis To Identify And Address Underlying Issues
• Maintain And Manage Client Lifecycle Management Processes Using Intune And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite, Ensuring Efficient Deployment And Management Of Client Devices
• Update And Manage The Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Troubleshooting Steps
• Train And Coach Junior Analysts On Best Practices And Operational Procedures In Sccm/Sms, Fostering A Collaborative And Knowledgeable Support Team
• Monitor And Analyze Customer Feedback And Service Metrics To Improve The Overall Customer Experience
