Administrator (Support & Operations)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Storage Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise storage infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for storage provisioning, performance monitoring, capacity planning, troubleshooting, backup integration, and ensuring high availability of storage systems supporting critical business applications.

What you'll do

• Administer and manage enterprise storage platforms such as Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE 3PAR/Primera, IBM Storage, Pure Storage, or similar technologies
• Provision, allocate, and decommission storage volumes, LUNs, file shares, and storage pools
• Monitor storage performance, capacity utilization, and system health
• Perform storage migrations, upgrades, firmware updates, and platform refresh activities
• Configure and manage SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network Attached Storage) environments
