About the role
Change Management Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change initiatives. This role ensures that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption across the business.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project and organizational goals.\r
- Lead communication efforts to inform stakeholders of upcoming changes and their impacts.\r
- Work closely with project managers and business leaders to identify and address resistance.\r
- Monitor and report on change progress, outcomes, and feedback.\r
- Facilitate training sessions and develop materials to support change initiatives.\r
What you need
- 5–9 yrs of experience
- ServiceNow
- B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or BBA
Good to have
- ITIL
