About the role

Plan and schedule day-to-day field service activities. Assign engineers to daily service jobs based on customer requirements and technical expertise. Provide timely technical guidance and operational support to field engineers. Visit customers periodically to strengthen relationships and understand service requirements.

What you'll do

• Visit customers periodically to strengthen relationships and understand service requirements
• Lead the on-site diagnosis and resolution of major or critical customer issues
• Coordinate with Sales and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution
