Advanced Specialist - Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Executive / Advanced Specialist- Maintenance to join our TND Maintenance Team in Bangalore, India . This role is responsible for managing daily maintenance and utility operations across manufacturing lines, ensuring maximum equipment availability through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.

What you'll do

• Plant Maintenance & Reliability
• Coordinate and manage daily maintenance and utility operations across production lines
• Execute breakdown, preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance (CBM) activities
• Ensure optimal equipment availability, reliability, and uptime
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance

What you need
