About the role

The Agile Product Management Advisor uses specialized depth and experience to oversee the decomposition of business vision/ process flow to tangible MVPs, writing and modifying of complex technical functional requirements for products varying in complexity. The Sr Advisor acts as conduit between business and engineering, steering the discussion towards futuristic, reliable solutions to solve complex business problems.

What you'll do

• Proactive and takes an active role in understanding the business case, why a change is being requested and learning the desired future state
• Focused on continuous learning, adopting probe and learn approach for self-learning
• Understands the aspects of well-rounded requirements (functional/ non-functional)
• Communicates stakeholder goals and expected outcomes to the engineering/ Solution Architect/ Principal engineering team and writes definition-of-ready user stories
• Facilitates product backlog grooming sessions, ensuring the highest impact work is delivered soonest
