Sr Associate, Technical Product Management

About the role

Sr Associate, Technical Product Management owns end-to-end SAP Successfactors Employee Central technology product delivery, specifically overseeing security, access, and compliance for critical HR systems. To be successful, the candidate must deeply understand business goals and regulatory challenges, applying deep domain knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to ensure secure, efficient, and optimal solutions are delivered.

What you'll do

• System Controls & Configuration Audit: Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of system controls, including data validation rules, approval workflows
• Audit Trail Analysis: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Audit Trail Reports to monitor, track, and document changes to employee data, candidate, requisition, and offer status
• Reporting and Recommendations: Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to implement corrective actions
