AGM / GM - Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AGM– Digital Marketing to drive Garbhagudi IVF’s digital marketing engine with a strong focus on ethical couple acquisition, brand visibility, and conversion excellence. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare marketing sensitivities, digital platforms, and performance metrics, along with hands-on leadership of internal teams and partners.

What you'll do

• Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
• Own and execute Garbhagudi IVF’s digital acquisition strategy
• Drive continuous improvement in CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
• Manage digital marketing budgets with accountability and transparency
• Customer Journey, CRM & Funnel Optimization
