About the role

Demonstrates 7-10 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a strong track record of deploying scalable AI or ML solutions in production environments. Possesses deep expertise in transformer architectures, model training frameworks, and distributed training methodologies across platforms such as PyTorch or similar ecosystems.

• Build population-scale AI systems impacting millions
• Work on cutting-edge agentic AI & multilingual models
• Build and maintain production-grade systems ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance for both real-time and batch processing pipelines
• Define standards for AI system monitoring, evaluation metrics, observability, and continuous improvement based on live system feedback
• Drive responsible AI practices, including data governance, bias mitigation, safety evaluation, and compliance frameworks
