About the role

The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximizing customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Sourcing new salary accounts from corporate base and meeting New-To-Bank targets
• Cross- selling banking products like Home Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier services and services to potential customers
• Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products
• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
• Handling customer-related problems and complaints

What you need
