Analyst

About the role

The Loan Processing & Servicing Analyst will work on a night shift to align with US time zones and will be responsible for processing and servicing mortgage loans and bridge loans, coordinating with internal and external teams, maintaining loan files, and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.

What you'll do

• Responsible for processing and servicing mortgage loans and bridge loans, coordinating with internal and external teams, maintaining loan files
• Process and service mortgage loans and bridge loans: setting up new loans, verifying documentation, inputting borrower information
• Coordinate with Client internal teams, third-party vendors, and US client contacts via email and telephone to provide updates and gather required information
• Maintain loan files in the systems and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor/institution guidelines
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including typing borrower details, uploading documents, tracking statuses, and updating spreadsheets and internal reporting
