Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Strategic Modeling team within Care Commercial Success. This role will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for developing and improving forward looking models that connect revenue, customer demand, capacity, staffing, hiring, and training.

What you'll do

• Responsible for developing and improving forward looking models that connect revenue, customer demand, capacity, staffing, hiring, and training
• Build, maintain, and improve end-to-end models for forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, revenue, and strategic business planning
• Translate commercial, operational, and financial assumptions into integrated forecasts that quantify impacts to revenue, demand, workforce capacity, hiring, training
• Develop models from the ground up and evaluate existing approaches to identify more effective, scalable, and integrated solutions
• Lead scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, back testing, and model validation to evaluate trade-offs, understand risk, and improve forecast performance

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• SQL

• Any graduate
