Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategically important Compliance and Risk program within the banking sector. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify, analyze, validate, and prioritize business requirements. You will examine complex banking processes and organizational workflows, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications.

What you'll do

• As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements
• Analyze complex banking processes and organizational workflows, translating them into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify, document, and assess business processes, dependencies, relationships, and challenges within the Compliance domain
• Develop detailed business concepts, functional specifications, and documentation to support implementation activities
