About the role

The objective of this role is to develop and implement best practices to drive positive client experience and proactively lead operational efficiency efforts and process improvements. The role plays an important part as liaison between stakeholder groups involved in the delivery of all transactions & service requirement , including front office, compliance, and operational groups across the organization.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for completing client’s transaction & service requirements in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures
• Ensure that all required documents and data from clients is collected and reviewed and delivered for further processing in line with regulatory and internal bank…
• Take ownership of assigned cases and actively follow through to completion
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
• Ensure high quality customer experience and reduce process/documentary redundancies to maintain client satisfaction

What you need
