Analyst I, GBS Global at Heinz. Execute assigned month-end, quarter-end, and year-end procurement accounting activities in line with the global close calendar.

What you'll do

• Execute assigned month-end, quarter-end, and year-end procurement accounting activities in line with the global close calendar
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, provisions, reclasses, intercompany recharges, and other procurement-related adjustments
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of procurement-related financial results
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and substantiation schedules; investigate reconciling items and support timely clearing of aged balances
• Maintain procurement rebate positions through accurate tracking, reconciliation, documentation, and reporting across the monthly cycle
