Analyst, IT Risk & Controls

About the role

As an Analyst, IT Risk & Controls, you will be part of Priceline’s Risk & Controls team, supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) compliance and other complex risk and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will help assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls while supporting testing activities on behalf of management.

What you'll do

• Help assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls while supporting testing activities on behalf of management
• Manage relationships with various key stakeholders, including Internal and External Audit partners
• Perform management testing activities, including, end-to-end process walkthroughs, evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls on behalf of management
• Assist in the coordination of fieldwork activities, including interviews, evidence collection, documentation requests and other audit activities
