Analyst Month - End Closing, Finance and SCM

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Record-to-Report (R2R) Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the month-end and year-end close process.

What you'll do

• Prepare and post standard and ad-hoc journal entries in accordance with established accounting principles and company policies
• Ensure proper documentation and supporting evidence accompany each entry
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of the closing process
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports
