AP Accountant

About the role

AP Accountant at SGS. Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for KSA and Bahrain in compliance with SGS policies and the No PO–No Pay principle.

What you'll do

• Process supplier invoices accurately, ensuring correct coding, VAT treatment, supporting documentation, and approvals
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, contracts, and supporting documents to ensure three-way matching compliance
• Manage weekly and monthly supplier payment cycles, prepare payment proposals, and support payment file uploads
• Monitor invoice approval workflows and follow up with stakeholders to prevent payment delays and aged liabilities
• Communicate with suppliers regarding invoice status, payment schedules, remittance advice, account balances, and disputes

What you need
