What you'll do

• We’re looking for someone who has actually scaled consumer apps in the real world, not just run campaigns, but meaningfully grown installs, improved retention
• This role focuses on driving app growth through end-to-end ownership of the marketing function
• The scope also includes partnering closely with Product teams to enhance user experience, optimize engagement funnels, and execute data-driven growth initiatives at scale
• Own end-to-end growth and marketing across paid, organic, influencer, and performance channels to drive user acquisition and app growth
• Keep a close eye on CAC, ROAS, and scale what works, kill what doesn’t, fast

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• Any graduate
