About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals for multiple roles in our People and Places (PPL) division which includes Talent Attraction Coordinator, Early Career Program Coordinator, PPL Advisor, and People Insight Analyst . Talent Attraction Coordinator Role : Responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, manages communication between hiring teams and applicants, and maintains recruitment databases.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with recruiters to organize recruitment events and contribute to talent acquisition strategies
• Ensure a comprehensive onboarding process, handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Create and interpret reports, manage ServiceNow cases, ensure employee support and m aintain a ccurate employee files
• Following Standard Operating Procedures for high-quality and service delivery
• Collaborate with teams to transform data insights into applicable strategies
