Area Manager (Surat & Vapi)

About the role

The Area Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance across the assigned geography by leading a team of Associate Territory Managers and Territory Managers to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, customer retention and profitability objectives. The role ensures disciplined sales execution, market development and customer engagement while strengthening Blue Dart's presence across the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Achievement of area revenue targets through the combined performance of the reporting sales team
• New customer acquisition, new revenue generation and market penetration
• Existing customer retention, wallet share growth and customer relationship development
• Territory productivity, revenue per Territory Manager, pipeline conversion and sales activity effectiveness
• Achievement of team sales targets, coaching effectiveness, employee engagement and capability development

What you need
