Assistant Manager - Administration

About the role

Would be responsible for a set of branches. Empanelment of new vendors and finalize a rate contract Repair & Maintenance of Non – IT assets to be undertaken on requirement. Ensure preventive maintenance are undertaken by the appointed Annual Maintenance Contractor. All new assets received are tagged and Physical Asset Verification are conducted.

What you'll do

• Be approachable & maintain cordial & professional approach towards the internal & external customers
• Ensure Renewal/Surrender process of the premises are done within the stipulated timeline
• Ensure the provided Fire Extinguishers/ Fire Alarm are active and Fire Drill are conducted on the expected timelines
